As only a husband and wife ought – is a charming vingniette about Elizabeth and Darcy shortly before their wedding. Bingley is head over heels in love with Jane, Darcy and Elizabeth are adorable, Mr. Bennet delights in observing his two future sons in law and we are in love with this short piece of fluff. A delight to read.

The final indignity – is one of my favourites. It shows Caroline Bingley visiting Pemberley some time after the marriage and she is quite desperate after “loosing” Darcy. In London she had to (over)hear the people who were delighted to meet Elizabeth and can simply stand it no longer.

Going on charmingly – gives us a wonderful glimpse into the Darcys’ marriage and Darcy asks Elizabeth when she fell in love with him. It is so sweet and adorable – reading it always makes my day.
